TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Rates are in Euro and they include: 13%VAT and 0.5% city tax.
- Rates do not include the accommodation tax of 2€/night/accommodation.
- Rates do not include breakfast and transfers/transportation.
- All rates are based on double occupancy per night (2guests/night).
- Any extra guest is charged 30€/night (low seasons) or 50€/night (mid and peak seasons).
- Studios/Executive Studios: max 2 guests. Family Studio+Design Suites+Apartments: max 3guests. Superior Apartments+Design Apartments: max 4 guests, Superior Apartment with pool: max 5 guests, 2 Bedroom Units: max 6 guests
- 1 child (up to the age of 10) is accommodated for free. Any second child or children over the age of 10years are charged as extra guests. 1 Baby cot per room is provided for free (booked in advance).
- Check-in time is at 15.00 (3pm) and Check-out time is at 11.00 am for the studios/suites and 10.30am for the Apartments/Villas.
- Early check-in/late check-out can be booked with extra charge.
- Luggage storage (free of charge) is available from 9am until 9pm (reception opening times)
PAYMENT OPTIONS / CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Short Term Booking (Early or Normal Booking): 50% of the total amount is required within the next 24hours. Cancellation Policy: The prepayment is refundable up to 4 weeks prior arrival. The final payment is paid 1 week prior arrival.
- Long Term Booking (2 weeks or more): 30% of the total amount is required within the next 24hours. The prepayment is non refundable. The final payment is paid 2 weeks prior arrival.
- Non-refundable Booking (with 10% discount): (use coupon code votsalaki10non). Full prepayment. The payment is non refundable. The reservation cannot be moved or rescheduled. This option can be applied to reservations with an arrival date of 2weeks or more. This option cannot be applied together with any other discount or voucher code.
- Security Deposit (Apply to all booking types): 100€/person (card authorization upon arrival), refundable 24hours after check-out (if not needed).

Resort Facilities: Large infinity Swimming pool, Pool Cafe – Bar (for breakfast, light meals , drinks and cocktails), outdoor mini gym, free outdoor parking, free WiFi (outside only at the balconies and pool area), laundry room (washer only). Reception office opening times: 9am-9pm. Pool area/pool bar/outdoor gym opening times: 9am-10pm.
Room/Apartment Amenities (all units): balcony or terrace with sea view and sitting area, safe box, TV, Air Condition, Iron and iron board, fridge, coffee maker, water kettle, clothes drying rack.
The studios and the design suites do not have a kitchenette. The Apartments, Villas have a fully equipped kitchen and the family studio a kitchenette.
Some apartments and Villas have a private pool – please ask.
Location: 4min walking to Paradise beach where there is a bus stop (connection to Mykonos town), water taxi (connection to South beaches), mini market, beach bars and clubs, restaurants, sunbeds, water sports and scuba diving school. Paradise beach is located 5km from the airport, 7km from Mykonos town, and 10km from the port.
